Ace Auto Wash

Since "Ace Auto Wash" have been sold to "Jax" it became NOTHING but problems: canceling my membership several times for no reason, wrong card, call here call there...bla-bla-bla...It was my favorite car wash near my home and less then 3min! Now I have to find a new location for a car wash for my car. They have terrible service, personnel changed...less care...

Guy running self service kiosk, who claims to own all the Jax car washes, tells me if I get the 11 dollar cheap car wash that my truck will be just as dirty as when I came in. Cool brosef. I should've just left. No need to hassle everyone that comes in to get a membership. And claiming you own all the Jax car washes and can't get a vehicle cleaner for 11 bucks plus tip, is not a flex, your car wash sucks.

This place sucks, I have had this membership for 1 year now and I’m about to cancel. They never dry the car properly and they leave the mirror closed. Clinton township location even worse. How do you even miss that? Jax car wash is way better going to get a membership there!

Made an appointment for a 1:30 pm detailing. Online advertised starting at $99. I show up with a small amount of vacuum-able dirt in my back seat. No stains, no throw up, no nothing which requires soap or scrubbing, the guys looks at my car and says it’s going to be $160. I said “what happened to the $99” and he says it depends on the size and quality of the car. I drive a 320 bmw one of the smallest cars someone can have. I have posted pictures of the car, my reservation and the advertisement. I was VERY turned off when the attendant came back and said “my boss said $140”. On principle alone I discourage this type of predatory practice, this is a 2 hour job at most $50 an hour is more than a skilled carpenter makes. We took our business elsewhere.

The very first time I went here I’m assuming the manager or owner came over and said the first month was $7.99 and every month after it would be $29.99 which would’ve been the least expensive in town for the best wash offered. I enter the wash and midway through everything shut down and I was stuck in the wash for about four minutes. The black plastic spinning wheel kept turning on but my vehicle was not moving so I ended up making marks on my mirror. I also have a lot of soap left on my vehicle because they ended up just pushing the rollers out to get me out of there. So I had to go back around and get it re-washed. Not gonna lie I was a little hesitant to go back in after getting stuck in there. So after the experience I decided to give them a second try, I have a tiny bit of snow on the back of a truck bed the first car wash is just spray off. Not this older gentleman with a very bad attitude. He left snow on the truck cover and all it did is fill up with soap wax and whatever else they wash the vehicles with. I went back around after pushing off some of it and he was refusing to let me go back through, even though their sign says if you’re not happy they will rewash your vehi
